Shipment, Return & Refund

The shipping costs to receive your purchases and the shipments for any returns are free, you will not have to sustain any cost in both cases. Shipments are limited to the European Union area (including Great Britain) and are carried out via a single DHL courier. In Italy, the free shipping is express (delivery the next day for all orders that will be made before 12), in Europe instead the free shipping will be Economy (delivery 2/4 days depending on the distance of the country from 'Italy). Each shipment, totally free for all countries, includes the DHL notification service (ODD) with the possibility to customize your shipment, and the order tracking, as well as the delivery notification.

It is always possible to make a return and the days available are 101, so in this way you have all the time to open the package in peace, wear it, see it at your feet, take a picture (why do not you share it with us?), decide and then prepare the return shipping package. We want to remember that also the return shipment is always free.

To make the return, follow a few simple steps:

Put the shoes in the box, making sure that it is not damaged in every component
Put the original shoe box inside the packaging with which we have sent to you your purchase (in case you can not recover it, use any other packaging, just be sure) and apply the return shipping label that we sent you in the package.
Connect to the Alberto Fermani website and log in with your account. In "My Orders" section click "Make the return", fill out the form and insert it in the package.
Wait the arrive of the courier and give him the box.

As soon as we receive the problem, a quality control officer will check the integrity of the product. When the response will be positive, we will immediately refund the sum paid by you, using the same method of payment.
